Hi, and welcome​. My name is Kelsey and I work as a registered psychotherapist licensed in Ontario. My area of focus involves working with those looking to create deeper and more peaceful relationships with others, and/or understand hurt from challenging present or past relationships.

The connection we have in the world around us and the relationships are in, influence our well-being. Whether these are experiences we have day-to-day that we see once, or more then once with colleagues, peers, friends, family, and/or partner(s).

Experience​

​

I started working in the mental health field in 2016. I have worked in settings involving trauma, student mental health, crisis response, gender-based violence, sexual assault, and neurodivergent advocacy. I began supporting clients through the lens of psychotherapy in 2021 with a specialization in post-trauma care with a range of concerns, among them childhood, workplace, and relationship traumas. I have studied and worked in additional areas through yoga, meditation, reiki, and coaching. These naturally come through the sessions I offer.​​
 

Training ​

  • Masters of Arts in Counselling Psychology with a specialization in Trauma

  • Masters of Science in Cognitive Psychology with a specialization in language and sensory information

  • Bachelor of Science in Psychology Neuroscience and Behaviour with a specialization of the nervous system

Approach​

I work best with individuals seeking change. I am an encourager by nature. You can count on me to cheer you on, and believe that you are capable. 

 

Along our sessions together, we will identify ways to ease tensions that impact day-to-day relationships and interactions that we have with ourselves and others. 


​​My goal is to help you move deeper into the things you do, the people you see, and the environments you enter into feeling more nourished and at ease.​​
