Experience and Approach
I am a registered psychotherapist trained in trauma recovery. My approach centers around releasing somatic (body) tension linked to stuck or unprocessed emotions. I offer skills to support relaxation through mindfulness, meditation, somatic stretching, and guided imagery exercises. I have been working in the field of mental health since 2015 with the start of clinical psychotherapy practice in 2022.

In therapeutic sessions with clients, I work to create a soft landing place for clients while navigating through strong emotions. The philosophies of thought that I have trained in, from scientific study, body movement practices, reiki energetics, and coaching flow through the sessions I offer.
Unprocessed feelings, need to find a way to be felt and moved through. In clearing the way, it creates space for new possibilities. These pressure build-ups can have an impact on overall health, romantic relationship patterns, work relationships, family, friends, connection to self, and life purpose.
In meditation sessions with clients, I tailor the experience to include restful stretching, breathwork, and visualizations. These are designed to promote mindfulness practice, support integration through life changes, reinforce a trusting bond with self and felt sensation (gut feeling), and energetic boundaries.
We are often pushed to disconnect from the body (from our intuitive senses). It is in the reconnection to the body (and connection to nature) that we attune back to the natural physiological rhythms of our being. Through individual coaching, therapeutic sessions, and group meditation I've offered, I aim to provide a gentle platform of self-discovery.
